Steve Gao

As a senior technology management professional with rich experience working in Fortune 500 companies, Mr. Gao is an expert in leading product and technology digital innovation and strategy, business development, sales management, and consulting services. Currently, he serves as the Vice President of Product Technology Department at Bodadata, where he is responsible for driving products, technologies, and the digital, green and low-carbon, intelligent upgrading and innovation of the company's strategic projects.

Previously, Mr. Gao was responsible for business development of strategic products and cloud-native and digital transformation at Red Hat China. He also worked at IBM Consulting (formerly GBS Global Business Services) as the head of the cloud consulting business line, at Computer Sciences Corporation as the sales director of integrated industry and data center business, and at  Microsoft Consulting Services where he was responsible for the services and sales to major customers  in North China. Mr. Gao has rich experience in the fields of of digitalization, green and low-carbon, cloud-native, containerization, and as-a-service in industries, and he also has rich experience in the areas of automotive, retail, high-tech, energy, and manufacturing. His career began in the IT consulting industry, where he joined Accenture as an IT consultant. He  has lived and worked in Singapore for three years, and has cross-cultural working experience.

Mr. Gao holds a Bachelor's degree with a double major in Power Engineering and Control and Industrial Engineering from Tsinghua University in Beijing, China.
